Situated at the foot of the Dewetsberg mountain in the ruggedly beautiful Scherpenheuvel region, we have been producing a wide range of quality wines since the early 1990s. Part of the Worcester wine route, Cilmor is a comfortable and scenic day trip from Cape Town.

Our winemaking philosophy is to combine our expertise with state-of-the-art machinery to produce modern wines which showcase the cultivar expression of our unique region.

Merlot Rosé 2025

• Aroma: A delightful combination of ripe strawberries, red cherries, and hints of Turkish delight
• Palate: Refreshing and crisp with fresh summer fruit flavors
• Pairs well with a charcuterie board with prosciutto and salami

Chenin Blanc 2025

• Aroma: Bursting with apple, pear, and pineapple notes
• Palate: Medium-bodied, well-balanced fruit and acidity, finishing crisp and lingering
• Pairs well with grilled lemon-butter prawns or seafood platter
• Alcohol by Volume: 13.35%

Sauvignon Blanc 2024

• Aroma: Gooseberry, pear, and litchi with a subtle hint of asparagus
• Palate: Rich and beautifully balanced with a lingering finish
• Pairs well with roast pork belly with apple glaze
• Alcohol by Volume: 12.47%
