The Blaauwklippen Zinfandel Cap Classique Brut is an elegant and refreshing Méthode Cap Classique made from 100% Zinfandel grapes. Delicate fruit flavours, fine bubbles and a creamy texture create a beautifully balanced sparkling wine, while 30 months of bottle ageing adds depth and complexity. Fresh, vibrant and sophisticated, it is ideal for celebrations or pairing with fresh seafood and light dishes.

• Colour: Delicate pale blush/salmon-pink with a fine, persistent mousse.
• Aroma: Fresh nectarine, orange blossom and cranberry notes, complemented by hints of brioche and rich cream.
• Taste: A delicate, fine mousse leads to a mineral and creamy mid-palate, with juicy freshness and finesse on the finish.
• Pairs well with: Seafood, particularly fresh seafood dishes, or enjoyed as the perfect accompaniment to celebrations.
