• Notes: A rich, full-bodied palate where vibrant red berry flavors and plum are balanced by supple tannins. It features a smooth, lingering finish with subtle savory notes.
• Pairing: Best enjoyed with lamb chops, venison, rich beef stews, or charcuterie. It also pairs well with mature hard cheeses.
