Cinsault Rosé 2024

• Nose: Abundant aromas of bright red fruit, with strawberry and cherry being most notable, accompanied by a distinct and pretty grapefruit character.
• Notes: A "pretty Rosé" featuring a lively acidity (thanks to a small addition of Colombard grapes) and a mineral edge derived from sandy, river-pebble soils.
• Pairing: Pairs well with summer salads, sushi, and Mediterranean foods
• Alcohol By Volume: 11.82%

Sauvignon Blanc / Sémillon 2024

• Nose: Loaded with tropical fruit cocktail aromas, including melon, passion fruit, peach, and hints of guava
• Notes: Features a vibrant acidity and a well-rounded finish; the 2024 vintage is noted for its elegant freshness and beautiful fruit concentration despite a smaller crop
• Pairing: Pairs well with pizza, braaivleis (barbecue), and spaghetti bolognese
