About

A delicious variety of potstickers to add to your next Asian Dinner! These Potstickers do not require a Bamboo Steamer but are rather cooked in a pan.

The main difference between a Dumpling & a Potsticker is that they are crescent-shaped & are first pan-fried and then steamed. This is because they are steam-fried to get a crispy golden bottom layer and to ensure that the filling is juicy and delicious.
